History

Southwest Family Physicians was founded in 1990 by Dr Cynthia Gulick. It has grown to include 14 providers, an acupuncturist, a counselor, a licensed massage therapist with our own physical therapy department, a medical weight loss program, and a state-of-the-art spa.
